NILA Conference

The National Institute for Leadership Advancement (NILA) is best way for an incoming E-Board member to acquire leadership training. Last year in took place during the month of August in Dallas/ Ft. Worth, TX and our VP Corporate, Ernesto Mandowsky, represented the chapter.

Through different workshops and leadership activities, he was able to bring back valuable tips to improve our leadership skills. Since 1986, NILA has been providing future leaders of SHPE with highly respected leadership training, which is guided by corporate sponsors.
